Ambian was incorporated in 1994 by Ian & Ann-Marie Baldwin to provide Accountancy and Taxation Services to individuals and small businesses in the Kent area. The company has grown over the years and now provides a wide range of Accountancy Taxation and Secretarial services.

Ian Baldwin has a Doctorate in Business Administration, is a Certified Practicing Accountant and an Associate of the Federation of Tax Advisers.

Ann-Marie Baldwin deals with the Company Secretarial and Payroll services, acting as Company Secretary for Incorporated businesses and as the main administrator of the company.

Ambian are Certified Practicing Accountants and Ian Baldwin is an Associate of the Federation of Tax Advisers. This ensures that the practice keeps abreast of the latest changes in Accounting and Tax Law. Membership of the 2020 Group of Accountants enables Ambian to offer services beyond the normal range of an Accountant.
